Pricing & billing questions
How does the founder pricing work?+
Founder pricing is available for a limited time. While it lasts, you lock in $29/mo for the base plan and $29/mo per Property Pack — for the lifetime of your account. After the founder period ends, standard pricing is $49/mo for the base plan and $49/mo per Property Pack. Founders keep their price even after the standard rate kicks in.
Is GST included?+
Yes. All prices on this page are GST-inclusive. Your tax invoice from Stripe will show the GST portion separately.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
Your account moves to read-only mode — you still see all your data, but extraction pauses. Subscribe at any time to resume. No card is taken during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically.
Can I add or remove Property Packs anytime?+
Yes. Add a Property Pack from your account settings — each pack adds 5 properties for $29/mo (founder pricing). You can remove a pack at any time; the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We don't pro-rate the current cycle in either direction.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?+
Cancel from your account settings — it opens the Stripe billing portal to confirm. You keep full access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to read-only for 30 days — you can resubscribe and pick up exactly where you left off, or export all of your data (documents, invoices, contracts, CSVs) out at any time during that window.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Monthly billing only for now. Annual + a small discount is on the roadmap — email hello@plotbot.au if you would like to be notified.
